By creating an account or placing an order with Scoreboard Photos through this site, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Prices, taxes, and any card-processing fees are shown before you complete checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe or Square; we never see your full card number. Orders are confirmed once payment is verified, either immediately or shortly after via the payment processor.
Scoreboard Photos retains copyright in all photos on this site. Buying photos does not transfer the copyright to you. What you may do depends on whether you bought a print or a digital photo.
Prints. When you buy a print, you own that physical print. You may keep it, display it and give it as a gift. A print does not include the digital file. You may not copy, scan, photograph or otherwise reproduce a print without our written permission. If you want more copies, order more prints or buy the digital photo.
Digital photos. When you buy a digital photo, you receive the file without watermarks and a personal-use license. You may print it as many times as you like for yourself, display it, share it with family and friends, and post it on your own personal social media. You may crop it and make light adjustments such as color or brightness. You may not sell it, use it in advertising or for any business purpose, or give it to anyone else to use that way.
Preview images. Screenshotting, photographing the screen, downloading, sharing, or removing the watermarks from preview images without purchasing them is prohibited.
Galleries may be time-limited, password-protected, or otherwise restricted at Scoreboard Photos's discretion. We may suspend access for anyone violating these terms.
This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoreboard Photos isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
